I can't remember what thread it was in but, for the person who mentioned that this helped with the dry eye issue, can you tell me a little about how it works to keep your eyes moist. I know that when a person goes on the Low Carb diet, it is a suggested way to help process protein. I would appreciate any info you can provide for me. My eyes aren't unbearably dry but, anything that I can do to keep them moisturized is a bonus for me.
