Hi everybody!
I have an appt next Wed. with a well-known Lasik Dr. for a consultation. I was just looking at all the posts on Lasik, and I came across a couple that say you Rx has to be stable for between 1 to 5 years. Now Im so disappointed!! Im 25 yrs old and have worn glasses since I was 17. I just had a Rx change about 2 months ago, but only a slight change after 2 years. I was sooooooo excited about getting this done because I have a real problem with my appearence with glasses (vain, I know :nono: ). I just have this overwhelming feeling that if I have my vision corrected I would be a much more confident person & have higher self-esteem. Anybody been turned down for Lasik because of this? Sorry if I sound negative, just need a few encouriging words!
Thanks,
Sasha
