Questions About Lasik Eye Center

Carol asks…

where is a good lasik eye center in tn prefer cookeville area?

well i'm liking to get my eyes corrected maybe next year I should be a candidate for lasik but I was wondering if anyone knows a good lasik center in Tennessee cookeville Nashville area would be best for me please if anyone knows of any let me know and if you recently had yours done can you give me the price range that would help me too.

admin answers:

I got Lasik correction last month and have not had any problems. It took me forever to get up the nerves to get the surgery done though, now I'm glad I did. I spent hours at the clinic inquiring about how the surgery work (Lasik vs PRK) and what my expectations were. My Alabama eye doctor was very helpful. Try visiting your local Tennessee laser vision clinic and make an appointment for a consultation. Http://www.locallaservisioncenters.com/Tennessee-Laser-Vision-Correction.html

Hope this helps

George asks…

This is very important to me. I want to make a marketing plan for a lasik eye surgery center.can anyone help?

i want to give a report about a marketing plan to the lasik eye surgey center that i work in. can someone give some ideas. some offers that we can give that can attract customers. please give me helpfull ideas

admin answers:

You will need to gather the following data,
1) Potential Market Size .. Get statistics
2) Spending power of potential target market .. How much are they willing to spend and if they can have benefectors or insurance for the surgery.
3) What your potential market like and dislike ..
4) location of your clinic, transport, parking ect.
5) Competitors and what are they doing to attract the patients and how much they charge.
6) Know your overheads and cost .
7) How much you have before you run out of capital and how long can you wait before the business really picks up.
8) Payment collection from the customers..

Analyse that on a SWOT table. Peruse every detail then you may come up with a tactic or strategy to win your customers.

All the ideas here may work for short term but it may not be good for long term without analysing the above.

Usually once you have collected all the data from the above the solution or idea of a marketing tactic or strategy can come easily.

It is good to have a dream and work it but you may need to be really ready to face all the challenges. Remember that any ideas that you think of can and will be copied i not bettered by your competitors. So when you are ready to go fishing for clients, cover all bases and go all out!

Good Luck.

If you like my suggestions and have already gathered the data please do contact me for further advise. I am more then ready to assist.

Sandy asks…

whats the best lasik eye center to go to in spokane wa?

admin answers:

SPOKANE Lasik Eye Surgery -
Infolasikeyesurgery.cosmeticplace.net
Spokane, WA

Restore Vision Centers Spokane -
Inforestorevisioncentersspokane.com
(888) 698-1743 - 2204 E 29th Ave, Spokane, WA.

I have heard good things about both. I would check them out by searching them out on the web. Thouroughly checking into the doctor's back grounds and then visiting each place personally.

You can do some research on your doctor for complaints in WA state by checking

www.doh.wa.gov/hsqa/Complaint.htm

Links to verify doctor's license and how to file a complaint; discussion board, state ... Washington. Lookup Doctor License Info

www.medlawplus.com/doctorcomplaints/?doctorcomplaints.tpl

You do have to have the specific doctor information to look up on these sites, so you will have to do some clinic research first.

Best of luck!

Mandy asks…

Lasik Eye Center Suck/never do a Lasik surgery there!!?

They mess up my eyes, i am even worst that when i used to wear glasses, what can i do? i am freaking out. i have this terribel headache and my vision is getting worst by the day. i can barely see now.. please advise

admin answers:

That sucks! I work at a LASIK center in San Jose, CA and Pleasanton, CA.

It takes 3 months for your vision to stabilize. So it may just be that. Some patients don't see 20/20 within the first day w/LASIK. Some take 24-48 hours to notice improvement. Hopefully you were given eye drops to use after surgery - antibiotics (use for 5 days afterwards), anti-inflammatory(also 5 days afterwards), and artificial tears (for 1 month after) to use.

I hope you did not go to a "bargain center" for surgery. I know those $499/eye sounds appealing and definitely affordable but those are usually Dr's who are just starting out and need to gain the experience. Even centers that offer "lifetime guarantees" are a joke as most of them won't even be around 5-10 years later when you will need something.
